Our One Year Extended Warranty covers any of our Sterling Silver 925 Rings. Warranty Starts from the day the item has been delivered, or when warranty has been purchased. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of your item. We will evaluate your situation and decided whether or not your item is eligible for coverage under our warranty. If eligible you will receive a replacement.
We do not cover lost or stolen jewelry
- Our warranty does not cover defective or damaged items from wear and tear or any misuse of the product.
- Please make sure to follow our jewelry care guide to keep your items sparkly and new. Sterling Silver can tarnish over time, but can be polished to look as good as new again. Please refer to our care guide.
